Privacy Policy

Medorator Ltd. does not collect, store or process any data about individual users of our software. In future, we may collect anonymised usage data solely for understanding how our products are used and to improve user experience. If we decide to do this, we will update this policy.

If you contact us, we may store your contact information and correspondence to allow us to respond to, or take action on, your query or feedback. We do this on the “legitimate interest” legal basis. We will only contact you in regard to your query and will never use contact information for marketing purposes. Upon request, we will provide a user with any data held on that user or delete such data from our records. We will delete all such data after three years.

We will not share any information with third parties, unless:

  1. We believe, in good faith, that sharing this data is a legal obligation (including tax and related reporting requirements); or

  2. We do so to enforce our terms and conditions; or

  3. We do so to detect, prevent or otherwise address security, fraud, or technical issues; or

  4. We do so to facilitate a merger, sale, financing or asset transfer of all or a portion of our business.

Data sharing will be limited as much as possible to that necessary to carry out the activity. We may share this data with organisations outside the EU, in accordance with these criteria.

The data controller for the purposes of this policy is Medorator Ltd., a UK registered company. Contact information can be found on the Contacts page. The Information Commissioner's Office is the supervisory body for GDPR compliance in the UK and accepts complaints.
